One week, that might mean finishing a record or planning a release. Another, it might be content, positioning, priorities, or a decision that’s holding things up.
We work through it together, bring an experienced outside perspective, and help you leave knowing where to focus next.

Weekly Development extends beyond the weekly meeting. Use Resident Feedback to share music and get input between sessions, and stay connected through the Resident Discord community.
We stay involved, keep tabs where needed, and create ways for the work to keep moving between meetings, while keeping the experience personal and manageable.

YOU’RE ALREADY MAKING THE MUSIC.
Weekly Development is for artists and producers who are already creating, finishing music, and building a real project around it. You might already be releasing records, preparing your first release, or reaching the point where the music is ready and the bigger picture needs attention.
You should be comfortable working on music independently. Sessions focus on development, direction, feedback, decisions, and forward movement rather than teaching the fundamentals of production.

TELL US ABOUT YOUR PROJECT
Choose Online or In Studio, share your music or artist project, and tell us when you’re generally available each week.

WE’LL FIND THE RIGHT GROUP
We’ll review your project and availability, then reach out personally to confirm a recurring weekly time that works. We typically aim to get new artists started the following week.

START YOUR FOUR-SESSION CYCLE
Add a card when you reserve your place. You won’t be charged until your group and first session are confirmed. Your first payment starts your four-session cycle, with billing repeating every four weeks.
NO CHARGE UNTIL YOUR GROUP AND START DATE ARE CONFIRMED.
